    CEO

    James, the CEO and director of SIFM, has over two decades of experience in multinational corporations.

    He has a proven ability to navigate regulatory landscapes, negotiate complex agreements with global entities, and reinvent procurement strategies to increase efficiency and competitiveness.

    Rich Hoffman

    CTO

    Richard is a seasoned Group Information Technology Manager and CTO with over 15 years of experience in CTO, Project/Program Management, business management, process improvement, software development, and IT management.

    Currently serving at Little Group, he excels in managing complex projects and driving technological transformations.

    CDO

    Kevin is the Chief Development Officer at SIFM and Director of Disability Homes Investments.

    An experienced SDA Developer, investor, and fund manager, he has over 20 years of real estate experience in Australia and Europe. Kevin also owns a global real estate portfolio, reflecting his deep understanding of the industry.

    Darryl, co-founder of NDISP, Yellow Card Utilities, and Yellow Card Helpers, has over two decades of experience in town planning and property development for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

    He also served as a director at Certus Legal Group, specializing in litigation, commercial, and property law. His diverse expertise in property development, legal counsel, and entrepreneurship makes him an invaluable asset.
